What Jaano Haq provides

Jaano Haq provides general legal information and self-help document preparation. It is not a law firm, does not give legal advice, does not create an advocate–client relationship, and does not represent you, send a notice, notarise a document, or file a complaint for you.

Free questions and answers may be used without signing in. A Google account is required to save or claim a matter and to buy or re-download a paid kit. See the Privacy policy for what is stored.

Your review and filing responsibility

You must check every name, address, date, amount, fact, legal forum, and requested relief before using the documents. You are responsible for signing, arranging any locally required notarisation or attestation, attaching evidence, paying applicable government fees, and filing or serving the documents through the correct channel.

Court or commission requirements can vary and can change. If your limitation period, jurisdiction, evidence, or legal position is uncertain, seek advice from an advocate or free legal aid before filing.

Costs that are not included

Any amount shown at Checkout covers only the digital kit. Any government filing fee, notary or attestation fee, printing, copying, postage, courier, travel, advocate, or other third-party cost is separate and is paid by you directly. Jaano Haq does not collect those costs.

No promised outcome

Buying or using a kit does not guarantee that the opposite party will respond, that a filing will be accepted, or that you will recover money or obtain any particular order. Outcomes depend on the facts, evidence, applicable law, procedure, and the authority deciding the matter.

Permitted use

You may edit, print, share with your adviser, and file the documents for your own matter. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use another person's account or payment without permission.

Refunds and statutory rights

Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Returns, exchanges, and warranty

This is a digital product, so there is no physical return or shipping exchange. We do not warrant a legal outcome. Statutory remedies for a defective, deficient, misdescribed, mismatched, or late-delivered digital service remain unaffected.

Complaints, changes, and contact

We may update these terms for future use as the product or law changes. For a trackable complaint, create a support ticket.
