What is delivered
The paid consumer complaint self-help pdf kit contains five clean, watermark-free filing-document PDFs:
- Index
- Memo of Parties
- Synopsis & List of Dates
- Consumer Complaint
- Affidavit
Those five filing documents can be reviewed free with a DRAFT watermark before purchase. The Download all ZIP also contains a sixth PDF, the separate How to file on e-Jagriti guide. The guide is not a court filing document and is not part of the free preview.
Re-downloads
Sign in with the same Google account used for the purchase, open Purchases from the account menu or sidebar, and choose Open & re-download. While the service is available, a paid kit stays associated with that account and no second payment is required for the same unlocked draft. Keep your own downloaded copy.
If Checkout fails or is dismissed
The free DRAFT preview remains available. You can correct the details and try Checkout again. Jaano Haq does not deliver the clean PDFs until a payment is captured. A temporary bank authorisation is not, by itself, proof that Jaano Haq received a captured payment.
If you paid but the files did not unlock
- Wait a moment, then refresh the matter.
- Confirm that you are signed in with the Google account used at Checkout.
- Open Purchases and look for a Paid status and the Open & re-download action.
- If access is still missing, create a support ticket with the purchase date and either the Razorpay payment reference from Purchases or the transaction/payment ID from your bank, card, UPI app, or payment-confirmation message.
Do not send a card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP, bank password, or Google password. We use the provider reference to investigate delivery.
A support ticket is acknowledged on-screen with a unique reference.
No physical shipping
Jaano Haq does not print, courier, serve, notarise, or file the kit. Printing, notary or attestation, postage, and any government fee are separate responsibilities and costs. See the Terms of use & purchase.
